Packing
All paintings are hand wrapped in layers of Bubble wrap and securely packed in packing boxes. Single DVDs are sent in bubble wrap envelopes. Large orders of DVDs, Greeting Cards, Prints, Calligraphy, Photographs are dispatched boxed, otherwise shipped in bubble wrap envelopes and / or card backed envelopes / tubes.

Delivery Times
UK - 3 to 5 days if product is in stock. Else 7 to 14 days.
US - 7 to 10 days if product is in stock. Else 14 to 21 days.

If the product is not in stock we will keep you updated by e-mail with expected due date. Then again as soon as the item has been dispatched.

Postage and Shipment
Paintings - Postage and shipment to the UK is £35 unless already indicated as part of the total price. USA rates are the sterling equivalent of $86 {prices are subject to change}. Please ask for the postage rates and shipping details to other countries. Shipment date will be notified by e-mail.

Terms and Conditions
The main concern of the 'Vital Arts Studio' is 100% customer satisfaction. Customers can feel assured that your transaction will go smoothly and you are dealing directly with the Artist and his team.

If there is any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 21 days of receipt {please notify of date of shipment so delivery time can be taken into consideration.} We will refund you all expenditures excluding postage and packaging. Goods must however must be returned as sent in pristine condition and Art Works MUST include the ORIGINAL Certificate of Authenticity and bill of sale {receipt} and not copies, otherwise No refund will be issued.

DVDs. We wish you to be satisfied in your DVD Purchase. All discs are produced in house by the studio and not manufactured by other companies. They are individually tested, checked and played before being packaged. However please try the Disc on more than one player if you have difficulties with play back especially if an older player/computer is the problem. In the rare event of a faulty Disc it will be replaced or refunded after it is returned or replaced complete with its original packaging. Please include a description of the problem. Discs that have been damaged through customer neglect or misuse will not be refunded or replaced. Please use a recognised cleaner and suitable cloth to clan DVDs to avoid scratching, and avoid touching the surface.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR GOODS UPON RECEIPT AS DAMAGED INCURRED BY SHIPMENT IS COVERED BY POSTAGE INSURANCE AND NOT BY THE STUDIO. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS DUE TO DAMAGE INCURRED BY SHIPMENT AND NOT CHECKED AND REPORTED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE POINT OF COLLECTION AND TO THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE CAN NOT BE MET BY THE STUDIO AND ANY INSURANCE MAY BE DEEMED VOID BY POSTAL INSURANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Registration and Privacy
Sent with a purchased ARTWORK you will receive a certificate of authenticity with a unique number {also included on the back of the painting}. Details of the Original Art Work, Artist, Title and the Purchaser are stored with the registration number for archiving purposes.

Website Photographic reproduction quality
Through it is endeavoured to reproduce all Art Work displayed this site as true as possible, minor, technically related deviations in colour are possible. Colours may also vary slightly through digitalisation of the photographs and may deviate slightly from the original when reproduced on the internet. In addition, the settings of your monitor as well as the type of monitor will influence how the image of a painting is displayed. In reality all the Artists work posses a greater luminance and effect that can be reproduced with any type of photography.
